Our ministry provides direct assistance to priests as they prepare for retirement, in such areas as medical benefits, financial resources, estate planning and insurance. We visit our senior priests regularly to ensure their continued well-being and safety. We also make recommendations regarding advanced care and assisted living. Senior priest care ministry serves as the diocesan representative when dealing with aging priests, their families and various governmental and health care institutions and agencies.
