Are you a young adult searching for renewal, community and a deeper faith life? The Diocese of St. Augustine invites all Catholics ages 20–35 to a Young Adult Retreat, Sept. 26–28, 2025.
This weekend retreat, themed “Hope in Communion,” will be held at Woodland Lodge at Camp Kulaqua in High Springs, offering a peaceful setting to encounter Christ and grow in fellowship. From Saturday breakfast through Sunday breakfast, all meals are provided, so you can fully focus on prayer, connection and rest.
Participants will enjoy:
- Enriching talks and guided reflections on hope and communion
- Small group discussions that foster authentic friendships and faith-sharing
- Outdoor activities to experience God’s creation
- Bishop Erik Pohlmeier will celebrate the Sunday Mass and offer the sacraments
All young adults—single, dating or married—are welcome! For married couples, only one registration is needed for both. Couples who prefer a private room may select this option for an additional $50 per person (indicate in the “accommodations” section of the registration form).

The cost is $150 per person, covering lodging, meals and retreat materials. Scholarships may be available, ensuring finances are never a barrier to attending. For questions, contact Robin Shipley, director of the Youth & Young Adult Ministry for the diocese at rshipley@dosafl.com. Camp Kulaqua is located at 23400 NW 212th Ave., High Springs 32643.
