Under the direction of the Chancellor, the Office of Ecclesiastical Properties was established to offer assistance and over-sight for all diocesan facilities. Bidding and contractual review are handled through this office in order to ensure a consistent and fair system. The office is focused on protecting current assets, while furthering the sustainable growth of the diocese.

Online Project Submission and Approvals Begin
The Diocese of St. Augustine has used Facility Tree for the past three years to manage diocesan facilities and land data. Beginning July 1, 2025, the system is expanding to include project submission and approval processing.
The goal is to improve visibility and communication during project approvals. Facility Tree will allow pastors and parish staff to track submissions throughout the diocesan approval process. The system will also send automated updates as projects move through each stage of review.

Please note: As of July 1, 2025, project submissions mailed or emailed to the Diocese of St. Augustine will no longer be accepted.
