St. Patrick Third Friday Concert Series

The November concert at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Gainesville is called Ever Ancient, Ever New 2025: A Jubilee Celebration of Sacred Music with guest director Steven Rabanal, the director of music at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Orlando. Join us on Friday, Nov. 21 for a Jubilee celebration of Catholic chant and polyphony from the past two centuries, sung by a 30-person choir. This concert will be performed by a group of parish music directors, church singers, musicians, and composers from throughout North-Central Florida who are passionate about sacred music and celebrating its role in the life and liturgy of the church. In Ever Ancient, Ever New, historical and contemporary musicians will lend their gifts to praise, worship, and spreading the joy of the faith. Vespers will begin at 6:40 p.m. and the concert will follow at 7 p.m. A free-will offering will be collected for the performers.
