St. Francis of Assisi: “Canticle of Creation” 800th Anniversary Art Exhibition

In celebration of the eighth centennial of the “Canticle of Creation” composed by Saint Francis of Assisi, the Cathedral Basilica of St. Augustine hosts an art installation of paintings by parishioner Elyse Brady. Inspired by the familial bond of “Brothers” and “Sisters” envisioned in God’s creation, the display includes landscapes, portraits and still life subjects that invite viewers into prayer and contemplation.
