Catholic Charities Welcomes Eileen Seuter as New Regional Director

Eileen Seuter has been appointed Catholic Charities Regional Director of its Jacksonville office. She will oversee planning, organization and direction of operations and programs in Duval, Clay, Nassau and Baker counties, serving thousands of individuals in need annually.

Seuter brings more than 30 years of nonprofit experience, working with vulnerable populations in foster care, substance use disorder, mental health and homeless assistance services. Her roles have included Chief Operating Officer with LSF Health Systems and, most recently, Chief Development Officer at Sulzbacher.

“We are thrilled to have Eileen on board leading our Jacksonville office. Her expertise will be invaluable as we continue to strengthen our programs and support the community,” said Anita Hassell, CEO of Catholic Charities Bureau, Inc., who praised Seuter’s experience and community passion.

A Jacksonville native, Seuter holds a bachelor’s degree in anthropology from the University of Florida and a master’s degree in social work from Florida State University. “I am deeply honored to join Catholic Charities as regional director. This organization’s commitment to serving those in need resonates deeply with me, and I am eager to contribute to our mission. Together with our dedicated team, I look forward to expanding our impact and fostering positive change in the communities we serve,” said Sauter.
