My Peace I Give to You- A Retreat for Caregivers

Be rejuvenated mentally, emotionally and spiritually with this one-day retreat on Saturday, Oct. 5, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the National Shrine of Our Lady of Le Leche at Mission Nombre de Dios, 101 San Marco Ave. in St. Augustine. The retreat will support those who have been caregivers in the past or are currently caring for others at home and professionally. The day will include talks by Fr. Tim Lindenfelser, Fr. Martin Ibeh and Dr. Janet Mullins, PsyD, time for reflection and silence, Mass, adoration and a catered lunch.
