459th Anniversary of Founder’s Day

Historical re-enactment of the 1565 landing of Pedro Menendez and the founding of the city of St. Augustine and the “First Parish.” The re-enactment begins at 10 a.m. followed by Mass and other activities. Bishop Erik Pohlmeier will celebrate Mass at the National Shrine of Our Lady of La Leche at Mission Nombre de Dios, 101 San Marco Ave., in St. Augustine.
