Shrine Second Saturday Speaker Series, History of the Our Lady of Guadalupe and Juan Diego

December 14 @ 9:00 am to 1:00 pm

The National Shrine of Our Lady of La Leche proudly presents the 2024 New Speaker Series on Mary, sharing the story of Mary’s grace. For over 450 years, pilgrims have sought comfort, healing and guidance through their devotion to Our Lady of La Leche. As part of the journey to increase knowledge and devotion to Jesus through Mary, the Confraternity of Our Lady of La Leche is hosting this speaker series. Join us on the sacred ground of Mission Nombre de Dios, where hearts are transformed, and Mary’s blessings continue to unfold. Every second Saturday of the month, a speaker will present on Marian Dogma topics like the divine motherhood, her perpetual virginity, her assumption into heaven, her immaculate conception, and much more.

Join us on December 14 for the final Shrine Second Saturday lecture series with Dr. Mary Soha as she delves into the history of the Our Lady of Guadalupe and Juan Diego. The Shrine Church opens at 9 a.m., with the speaker presentation beginning at 9:30 a.m., followed by a question-and-answer session. Don’t forget to join us for the rosary at 11:15 a.m. and noon Mass in the Shrine Church. Check out www.MissionAndShrine.org for more information.
