The Office of Planning, Construction and Management (PCM) was established to offer assistance and over-sight for all diocesan facilities. Bidding and contractual review are handled through the PCM in order to ensure a consistent and fair system. The PCM is focused on protecting current assets, while furthering the sustainable growth of the diocese.

Diocesan Energy Commission
A group of volunteers with specific expertise were assembled to help devise ways for the diocese to save energy and money. The commission has surveyed parishes, schools and other diocesan facilities about their energy consumption and have developed a list of recommendations that are relatively inexpensive to implement and will pay for themselves within two years. The commission will continue its task of helping the diocese become a "green diocese." The commission is staffed by Charles David and includes the following members:
