Provides skilled nursing care, short-term rehabilitation, out-patient therapy, restorative nursing, social, spiritual and recreational activities in a caring, family oriented setting. Our mission is to pursue excellence in the care of the whole person – body, mind and soul – in the spirit of love and concern. We participate in Medicare, Medicaid, VA and hospice; a secured Alzheimer Unit and we sponsor a free Alzheimer Support Group for the community. All Saints Vocational SchoolThe All Saints Vocation School provides an affordable six-week course that prepares students to become nursing assistants. Graduates may pursue certification at the state level at the completion of the program.
